What time is Check-In / Check-out time?: Check-In / 3:00P.M. Check-Out / 12:00Noon
Can I have a late check out?: Based on availability, an extended checkout is available, additional fee may apply.
What is the number of people and age restriction?: Water Bungalow: Single or double occupancy; Adults of 18 years old and above only.
Pool Villa: Maximum triple occupancy: allow children under 12 years old with their parents and have occupancy that can support at least two adults and two children.
Is internet accessable in the room?: WiFi access is available throughout the Resort; in all guestrooms & public spaces.
Can I enter the area even I’m not staying at The Pristine Villas and Bungalows at Palau Pacific Resort?: Please refrain from entering areas other than the guests staying at the hotel.

Do I need to make a reservation at the restaurant?: “Dining Room’ requires reservation. Please make a dinner reservation by 10:00AM on the day of use.
Can I smoke in the restaurant?: All seats in “Dining Room” are non-smoking
Do you have dress code?: “Dining Room” has no dress code however we recommend you to wear a shirt with a collar for men and a dress for women.
Can I use restaurants other than “Dining Room”?: Guests staying at The Pristine Villas and Bungalows at Palau Pacific Resort have access to all restaurants and bars within Palau Pacific Resort.
Please tell me about the lounge.: It is a lounge exclusively for the guests staying at The Pristine Villas and Bungalows at Palau Pacific Resort.
Guests can enjoy complimentary snacks and beverage(soft drinks, alcohol, coffee & tea) throughout the day.

What types of credit cards can be used for the payment: All credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB, Diners) available. American Express is not available.
Can I use Traveller’s Checks for payment?: If you plan to use Traveller’s Check, we recommend that you contact us in advance.
Can I arrange a pick-up from the airport?: We can arrange airport transfers. If you wish to arrange transportation, please apply with the flight information (ETA/ETD date & time) and Reservation details (Name of Travel agnecy, reservation number).
How much is the airport transfer fee?: The accommodation fee includes round-trip transportation from the airport to the hotel for the guests staying at The Pristine Villas and Bungalows at Palau Pacific Resort.
Some campaign do not include transportation.

Can you arrange a rental car?: Our Reservations will assist you. Please contact to reservation@ppr-palau.com
Can I use the facilities at Palau Pacific Resort?: Guests of The Pristine Villas and Bungalows at Palau Pacific Resort have access to all of the facilities within Palau Pacific Resort.
